Esma was born out of a vision to redefine the real estate experience along the Costa del Sol. While the region is known for its luxurious properties and breathtaking landscapes, we saw a gap in the market, a blank spot where the clients interest are being put second.

Many buyers and investors were looking for not just a property, but an excellent experience tailored to their unique needs and desires. They needed a trusted advisor who could guide them with both market knowledge and true commitment to their interests. Whether it’s finding a profitable renovation project or their forever home.

This is where Esma was born, to fill that gap and provide a level of service where the clients needs come first.

Damla brings a wealth of experience from various industries, having previously run a successful fashion brand and launched the popular lifestyle concept, The PUSH, in Stockholm. Her entrepreneurial spirit is fueled by a strong foundation in sports, which has instilled in her the mindset and discipline necessary for success in today's competitive market.
Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Damla has Turkish origins and has lived in multiple countries. This rich cultural background has cultivated her genuine interest in languages and international cultures. Her ability to connect with clients from around the world sets her apart in the Marbella real estate market, allowing her to understand, communicate with and cater to the needs of diverse buyers & vendors.
Damla combines Scandinavian precision with Middle Eastern hospitality, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood. Her approach is rooted in putting clients first, prioritizing their needs and preferences in every aspect of the real estate journey.
